Jay changed and walked into the kitchen. He smiled as he got started of the pancakes.

The smell of pancakes filled his senses as Rayner changed. He opened his door and walked out, almost being bowled over by a charging Daniel who ran towards the kitchen.

Rayner sat down in his chair, stifling a laugh as he watched his son enthusiastically bobbed up and down in his chair.

Daniel plowed through his pancakes while Rayner ate lightly. This whole meeting with Daniels teacher had made him nervous.

Rayner returned the smile as he picked up his glass and took a long sip of coffee. Daniel continued to make a mess with his food.
"Daniel there's syrup everywhere"

Jay laughed, Daniel just kept eating. He took a drink of his juice as the door bell rang.

Rayner looked up, "I think your brother may be here" He smiled.
"Uncle Rafe!" Daniel cheered as he ran to the door.

Jay got up and smiled as Daniel hugged his uncle "Hey little brother." greeted Jay. Rafe smiled "Hi Danny." then he greeted them "Hi Jay, Rayner."

Rafe shook his head "No thanks i eat already. then he asked "So when's the meeting?"

"Meeting?" Daniel quipped up.

Jay breath a sigh of relief "That was close." Rafe raised a eyebrow, Jay sighed "We'll explain later." then he looked at his watch "We better get going, the meetings in half an hour."
