Just A Number..

"Damn. That wasn't nice." Zac mock pouted. "Can't blame me for stating the obvious." He shrugged with a light blush.

"Wow, someone's got it bad for a certain old man his family hates." Quincy laughed.

"And that certain old man should shut his trap." Zac smirked.

"And if I dont? You gunna sick your daddy on me again?"
He rolled his eyes.

"Hey that was not me. I was trying to help you. He got pissed, apparently he didn't know all you did to Kevin." Zac shrugged.

"Awwwww But that I stopped." Quincy pouted. "And that you but I dont want you getting hurt so stay out of it."

"Nah, I'd rather get hurt." He shrugged. "Don't phase me, see?" He pulled down his sleeve, showing the scars all down his right arm. "Oh speaking of that, you wouldn't happen to know what happened to my pocket knife would you?" He gave a sly smirk.

"Nope, I think maybe Aaron took it but you dont need it, if you had it I wouldnt be able to speak with you anymore bud."

"That knife's got other purposes besides cutting myself yknow." He said. "So was Aaron the kid here earlier?"

"Yeah, he likes to come hang out here sometimes and today he was in that mood. You talk to em? Hear his funny acent?"

Zac smirked.
"Don't think he liked me much. I thought I recognized him and he got pissed at me for staring." He chuckled.

"Eh, he is like that...because of me he gets picked on, I see kids staring at him before calling him a name or trying to start a fight...."
His poor baby suffered because of him.

Zac frowned.
"That's..." He didn't know what. Rude, stupid, unfair. Yeah, but not the word he wanted...

"I know.....I hate it for him....he is a good kid, but he is outcast for something he didn't even do."

"That's just plain dumb. I hate kids. And yes, I know I am one. But I'm only an asshole when I want to be."

"Aaron is sweet.....Bitter sometimes but so,so,so,so sweet...He does not deserve that....He doesn't have a friend in the world besides me."

"I'm sure he is sweet. It's not fair to judge him like that... I won't. And hey, if he wants, friend number two is waiting." He gave a small smile.

Quincy wrapped an arm around him.
"Thank you Zac...."
He was liking this kid...more than he should.

Zac loved that damn arm around him.
"No prob Quincy." He subcnsciously rested his head on Quincy's shoulder, loving the contact although he knew he really shouldn't...

Hell Quincy let his cheek rest on Zac's hair.
"You have a good day kiddo?"

"Eh alright. Think dad's mad that I tried to help you instead of him today but I could care less." Zac replied, barely able to keep the pure excitement out of his voice.

Quincy sighed.
"Zac, don't get yourself in trouble for me. Im fine." He kissed his cheek softly as a thank you.
He hated the fucking butterflys, he NEVER got butterflys.

"Eh, but it wasn't fair. He was gonna hurt you for what you did a long time ago. IT's history now. And I knew you were sorry so, it was just instinct." His stomach did a backflip, his cheeks turning cherry red when Quincy kissed his cheek.

Quincy laughed at him.
"Well thats fucking adorable." He rubbed the reddened cheeks with a grin.

"Quit it." Zac whined, pouting cutely, his cheeks only getting redder when Quincy rubbed them. "I need to quit the damned blushing."
