Just A Number..

Kevin sobbed as Dustin came in and sat down, putting Kevin in his lap.
"Kev Baby, whats wrong?" Kevin just sobbed into his chest, Mike came in and sat with them. Dustin and Mike held there baby boy, Mike's baby, Dustin's god child.

Rick pushed Chris off and took Kevin in his arms.
"Baby boy I'm fine..." Rick cooed.
He was anything but fine...

Kevin shook his head.
"St-Stop it! You dont get to comfort me anymore." Kevin pulled Rick to his chest.

"Baby please. Honey I'll just feel worse. C'mon Boo..." Rick sighed, kissing his cheek.

Kevin shook his head, holding on for dear death as his mother gave him a sad look.
Mike knew what it was like....

"Kev come on... I can't stand being babied... and you know everyone's going to now... can't we just...pretend?" He sighed softly.

"Y-Yeah...." He sniffled as Mike looked away pained. He got up and had to leave the room..

Rick sighed softly.
"Just baby please... stop crying... I don't want to start..." He hugged Kevin close.

Kevin nodded, wiping his eyes and standing up.
"I...Im going to go get momma...." He quickly jolted from the room.

Rick sighed and covered his face.
"Hun... you can cry baby.." Chris frowned, stroking his hair.
"NO I fucking can't. I have to be strong. If I was crying like I want to right now, Kev would break down..."

Dustin put a hand on his shoulder.
"I don't see Kevin. I can leave the room and leave you with Chris but....Rick, once you cry you will feel better and Kevin....He will be behind you. He will supposrt you....He loves you."

"I know he does Dustin.. I love him too, which is why I can't put all this on him. I'm a big boy... I can take care of myself." He bowed his haed.

"Rick....Put it on him and I can promise you he will take it. He is stronger than you give him credit on. It will bother him if you dont. Im talking fucking bother him, he wont know what to do. So...even if one time, let him deal with it for you."

Rick sighed.
"We'll see..." He sighed softly. Chris saw the look and stood, pulling Dustin with him. "He needs alone time." He said

"Okay, imma go pick fun at Mike and Kevin, see who starts cry and hitting first." Biddy poked his head in.
"I dunno why everyone is upset but I think momma will throw the first lick." He grinned.

"Not a wise idea Biddy bird..." Rick sighed. "I.... I got cancer." He looked down. This was the first time he'd admitted it.

Biddy paused a moment but the smile stayed.
"Oh well, You will be fine."
He knew Rick would get through it, he was not worried about it.

Rick couldn't help but smile.
"God, thank you Biddy. You are the first one who hasn't acted like I'm doomed..."

"Your not, I think Kevin is about to be." He winked as he held up a needle and a small stud.
"Im bored, imma pierce your baby."

"Nawww nooo. I command you. Be nice I got cancer." He chuckled, sticking out his tongue.

Biddy rolled his eyes.
"You dont get special treatment bitch." He stuck out his tongue.

"Awww not even a little? C'monnn." Rick whined with a smirk.

"Go whine to Kevin when im dont putting holes in him." He chuckled.

"No don't." Rick pouted. "Come pierce me. I'm bored and I don't want you to leave. You're treating me like normal."

Biddy hummed, plopping down beside Rick and grinning.
"So whats up brotha mayun?"
