Just A Number..

Rick sighed, dragging a hand across his face.
"He'd rather me be in pain for so long...?"

"Rick baby....You don't understand. They hurt with us...He does not want to risk losing you Rick...." Mike shook his head.

Rick sighed again, nodding.
"Okay Mike....."
Zac had been listening. No one had informed him of this yet.

Mike stood up and hugged him.
"It will be hell....But think about Kevin and your babies....Don't let them see you die like that. I hate Alex had to...."

"So... I'm the last one to find out?" Zac sighed softly as he stepped into view.
"I'm sorry baby..." Rick opened his arms.
Zac tentatively sat in his father's lap and hugged him.
"I love you daddy..." They fought a lot lately but Zac did love him...
"I love you too baby. And imma fight this for you, Jr, and your momma."
"Kay daddy.." Zac sighed as he pecked his cheek.
And in just two more days he'd have to tell his father about him and Quincy.... while he had cancer. Oh fucking joy...

Mike sighed softly, this bothered him....
He kissed there cheeks on his way out the door.
Kevin knew Zac would have to do it but right now....He was just trying to find warmth in his fathers arms.

"Michael! Get back here, this calls for group hugs. C'mon." Rick lifted Zac, it was harder than usual but he carried him up the stairs to Kevin and Alex, pulling them both into a hug.

Mike was on his way out before he ran into Biddy who pulled him into the room, shoving him in before shutting the door.

Rick kissed Kevin sweetly, before pecking Alex and Zac's cheeks.
"I love you all and imma be fine okay?"

Kevin nodded, leaning his head on his fathers shoulder, trying to smile. Mike just stood at the door, trying to push it open with Biddy on the other side trying to keep it closed.

Rick sighed.
"MICHAEL! BIDDY! Come here! We are having a moment!" Rick chuckled, trying to find them.

"No Bitch! You dont get to have a moment with me or Momma!" Mike sighed but said nothing. Since when was he Michael?

"Mommaaaa!" Rick whined. "I want a hug!" He pouted.

Mike tried to ignore him. He went from Momma to mom to Mike to Michael. And he did not like it....But then again his wasn't Rick's momma.

Rick sighed as he walked back in to Kevin.
"Whatever then." He brushed it off like it was not bothering him.

Kevin watched him, rolling his eyes.
"Daddy get momma." He poked his father.

"No, I don't care. Biddys pissed at me or something for whatever reason . I just want you." Rick grumbled, burying his head in Kevin's shoulder and hugging him.

Kevin frowned, hugging Rick close.
"But momma and Biddy need to love with the family." He kissed up Rick's neck.

"Well now they have upset me." He stuck his tongue out. "I won't force them to hug me." He grumbled as he kissed Kevin again.

Kevin pouted.
"Maybe me and daddy want some momma lovin, daddy ALWAYS wants momma lovin." He giggled.

"Well fine then, Momma can come in but Biddy is upsetting me." He pouted.

"Come on, Biddy is family too." He urged his father to bring them in.

"I know but he kept fucking with you and now he wouldn't let momma come in..." He kissed Kevin as Alex stood to go get them.

"Awww Rick, you know you love them and you wanna cuddle them too." He grinned as he pressed kisses to Rick's lips.

Rick sighed softly as he simply hugged Kevin.
Alex ran off to find Mike.
"Babe where are you two?"
