He Will Be Loved

Blake smiled softly at his child as Rick glared.
"But it isn't fair Biddy."

"Rick....Im his mother, I dont have to be fair on this. Now its final, keep on and imma have Blake take his baby home and ill be there in a minute."

He sighed softly but nodded.
"Fine...."

Biddy nodded, as Austin began to cry.
This was not going over well.

"BIddy see what you're doing? He's bawling." Rick sighed.
"Rick, part of being a good parent is disicpline." Blake rolled his eyes.
Rick narrowed his.
"I've been a parent for a long time thank you very much."
"Yeah, I said GOOD parent."
"I KNOW you're not saying I'm a bad father."
"IF the shoe fits...." Blake shrugged.

Biddy simply took the baby and cradled Austin to his chest.
He would be pissed a hell if they started a fight right now.

"You waltz into my life, take my brother in law and my baby and NOW you have the balls to insult my parenting?" Rick snapped.
Blake shrugged.
"You're certainly not father of the year."
"What is that supposed to mean?!"
"Well, lets see. One you left alone for fourteen years to turn into a cutter. The second, refused to speak to you for almost a year and now the third sees you once, maybe every few months. Getting the hint?"
Rick growled, stepping closer so their noses were touching.
"Wanna say that again?"
"You don't scare me." Blake rolled his eyes.

"Alright children! Lets have none of that!"
Austin's eyes were wide and fearful.

"Well tell him to stop being an ass." Rick hissed.
Blake rolled his eyes.
"I have the right to an opinion."

Biddy shook his head.
"Rick, you are not a good daddy to Austin, your great to Jr and Zac. Blake, dont point it out, he already knows."

Rick gaped at him.
"I-I I am too a good daddy!"

"Not to Austin. Rick your not even in his life, do you know he loves baseball? Blake does. Do you know he loves the color purple? Blake does. Do you know his favorite word is Bwahahauh? Blake does...Because he is a good daddy."

Rick stormed off.
Zac sighed, flicking Blake in the cheek.
"I said no fighting mister."
"Sorry kiddo."

Biddy sighed as Austin began to wail, reaching for Rick as he stormed away from them.

Blake lifted Austin and rocked him back and forth.
"Shhhhh baby..." He cooed.

"D-Dada is mad at me." He hiccuped, burying his head into Blake's chest.

"No baby no, your dad is mad at me not you." He cooed softly.

Austin sniffled, cuddling close to his father.
"I want Jayden...."

Jayden toddled into the room.
"Tan I pweez howd him?" He asked softly.

Austin reached for him, crying harder as Biddy hesitated.
"Okay....Blake let him go."

Blake nodded, sitting him down. Jayden hugged him tightly, kissing his forehead.

Austin sniffled, pressing into Jayden's chest.
"I am hurny...." He whispered tearfully.

"So ish I..." He whimpered, hugging him tighter.

Austin cuddled up to him, shaking his head as Biddy wondered what to do now.

"I wuv you Owstin..." Jayden murmured.
