"I know you are... one of the reasons I love you..." He sighed softly as he continued bawling.

"Alex baby...What are you here for?" He sighed, placing a kiss to Alex's temple. "I need to know what you want from me."

"I-I'm sorry... I shouldn't have c-come here... I can't..." He sighed

"Shhh, its okay Alex, I just needed to know if you wanted that baby..."
Really it hurt but Lane was fine, he was used to it.
He just hugged him tighter.
"You can always come here when you need me."

"I-I DO want that but...." Nothing had changed really. Alex couldn't be with Lane... and it was killing them both.

"Alex...baby he left you...Why not? Its his fault for leaving but if you cant im not going to pressure you I just...I miss you."

"B-because I...." He had no real reason but if he was back with Lane.... he lost his whole family..

Lane sighed but let it go, he would not make Alex be with him.
"Anyways, its alright baby."

"I'm sorry.... I want you... you know I do... but if I have you... i loose Mike completely... I lose Kevin, I lose Biddy, I lose Rick... everyone..." He sighed. Why did this have to be so difficult? "You know he's probalby going to be pissed at me for coming over here at all which isn't fucking fair but as always I'm gonna be the asshole in the situation... I'm fucking sick of it..."

"Then make it stop Alex, if your so sick and miserable....Your kids want you to be happy if they love you....And I sure dont want you to get so bad you hate Mike...."
He sighed as he held into him.

"I can't hate him but goddamnit!" It was frustrating as fuck. "Every time we fight and he's crying, he runs off to Dustin but if I run to you, I'm obviously fucking you and I'm made off as an asshole..."

"Well he ended it...."
Lane pulled out the ring he had proposed to Alex with.
"All you yhave to do but I dont want you to if you wont be happy. This is for keeps."

Alex sighed, heart constricting painfully.
"Lane..." He took the ring, kissing it and sliding it on his finger.... even if it was just for the moment...

Lane frowned, kissing his cheek.
"Alex baby....You dont like it with him. You love him but you want to be the one who gets to be coddled sometimes. I can do that... Keep the ring on...You are MINE, no going back."

Alex bit his lip as he slid the ring off, running his fingers over it, examining it.
Should he put it back on...?

Lane watched him, his arms around Alex's waist.
"Put it back on and there is no going back...Your Alex McCormick..."

Alex paused before sliding the ring back where it belonged, proudly on his finger.
"Alex McCormick..." He whispered.

Lane could have cried he was so happy, he turned Alex's head and kissed his deeply, his hand caressing his love's cheek.
If only Mike knew...He wouldnt't be out, buying flowers and looking for an "im sorry" gift for....Lane's husband.

Alex sighed softly, deepening the kiss making it more needy.
"I love you..."

"I love you too." He grinned, picking Alex up and carrying him into the living room.
'Lindsay, Momma is here to stay!!"

Lindsay beamed.
"Really?!"
Alex hopped down and hugged his child tightly.
"Really baby..." He kised her cheek.

Lane was grinning from ear to ear, hugging them both.
Cameron grinned to but she did think.
What about uncle Mikey?

Alex was trying his hardest not to think about Mike but... it was so hard.

Cameron hugged them though.
"So, when are you going to go get yuor things?" He kissed Alex's forehead.

"When I can't live without them..." He sighed
