When Crickets Cry...

"Alright now doctor time." David smirked, lifting him off to the room he used for his doctor stuff.

Dewayne grinned at him.
"Awwww doctor, doctor, gimme the new?"

David checked him out, just a small check up, shining his light in his ears, nose and mouth.
"Hmm, your throat looks a bit inflamed..." He took his temperature. "And you got a low fever." He took his blood pressure and other necessary things before coming to a conclusion. "Well it looks like you got strep throat babe. Nothin too bad."

Dewayne nodded.
"Still gonna cuddle me and love me?" He grinned.

"Hell yes, imma end up getting sick but I don't care." He smirked before kissing him deeply. "Yup, you totally just got me sick." He chuckled.

Dewayne giggled, hugging him and nuzzling his chest.
"Im tired, David do something."

"Like whattt?" He whined. "I'm a doctor, not a monkey." He chuckled, kissing his cheek.

Dewayne pouted, his accent not as thick as his fathers but almost.
"Your my monkey man."

David chuckled.
"Yes I am, now whatcha wanna do, sicky?"

"I WANT to go play in the rain."
It had started to sprinkle.
"But I WILL go make hot coco and watch a movie."

David chuckled.
"I woudl let you out in the rain but it'd make you more sick, so hot coco sounds good."

Dewayne nodded, getting up and trudging into the kitchen.

"Nuh, uh sicky. Your sick so you go down in the movie room and sit on the couch, imma make your hot chocolate."

Dewayne grinned,
"Oh yesh, I get waited on." He giggled, kissing Davids cheek and walking to the movie room.

David smiled after him.
"You have a cute ass!" He called, giggling as he made the hot coco for both of them and walked downstairs.

Dewayne grinned as he picked movies out.
He looked up at David and wiggled his ass.
"Im just sexy."

"Mhmmm." He hummed. "You are very sexy." He smacked his ass as he handed him his coco, looking through the movies.

Dewayne sat, sitting his coco beside him.
"So...." He paused, changing his question. "What should we watch?"

DAvid tilted his head to the side. IT sounded like Dewayne had been about to ask soemthing else but he shrugged it off.
"Well... hmm, whatcha in the mood for?"

"Romance, humor, or horror." He grinned cheekily.

"Romance!" David grinned. "Chick flick time."

Dewayne giggled and nodded to him, giving a thumbs up.
"Yes!"

David plopped in the cheesiest film he had and plopped beside Dewayne on the couch.

Dewayne looked over at him, humming.
Marriage...
Kids...

David had the engagement ring in his pocket this very moment. He'd been planning on proposing. He was waiting for exactly the right moment. He watched carefully on the screen, looking for any ideas.
