When Crickets Cry...

Dewayne leaned his head on David's shoulder, watching the movie with a small smile, cooing at the romance.

David was watching closely, over analyzing every detail, how Dewayne would react if he proposed then, or what about then? Finally, there was a proposal on the screen. The man on screen got on one knee and pullled out the box. Without thinking for once, David pulled Dewayne to a standing position, got on one knee and pulled out the ring.

David blinked at him, his eyes wide and bugging as he watched his lover.
His heart stopped and all he could do was stutter at him.
Was this real?
Was David serious?
The hell?

David cursed himself mentally. He was so stupid... he should have waited.
He opened the box, showing the ring and looked up at Dewayne.
"Dewayne McDaniels....I love you more than anything... Imean ANYTHING. YOu are my life now... before I met you I was alone 24/7, just drowning in my self pity and then... you came. The day I met you, I felt that immediate attraction... I knew there was something special about you. Then we kept spending time and.. I loved you. We've been together for over two years now and I'm sorry for taking long with this... I know you've been expecting it.. I just wanted to make it perfect... this moment isn't like in a romance movie but I just realized something. When I'm with you... EVERY moment is perfect... so, I'm done rambling now." He flashed a smile. "Will you marry me?" He swallowed hard.

Dewayne just screamed and hopped up and down.
Such a girl.
"YES!!YES!!YES!!YES!!YES!!" He squealed, his body shaking with happiness as he tackled David to the floor; their lips connecting, teeth clanking together, but the kiss was perfect.

David laughed giddily, wrapping his arms around Dewayne and deepening the kiss.
"I love you..." He whispered as he slid the ring on Dewayne's finger, placing a kiss to it.

Dewayne gasped at the ring.
"DAYUM!!!! LOOK AT THAT FUCKING ROCK!!!" He gushed, his eyes wide as he cried and bounced and screamed.

David showered his face in kisses.
"Aw, I'm glad you like it..." It had cost his entire live savings. It was a fortune. He had pissed off the sales women at four different stores, trying to find one good enough.

"I LOVE IT! I LOVE YOU!!!!" He had tears pouring from his eyes as he bounced in David's lap.
"I SCORED A DOCTOR!!!"

David just laughed and laughed at his boyfriend.
"You're adorable, know thaT?"

"YES! BECAUSE I SCORED AT HOT DOCTOR!!!" He squeaked, his lips smacking against Davids.

David grinned, lifting him and spinning him around.
"And I got myself a sexy cowboy." He winked.

Dewayne giggled, nodding vigorously.
"All yours David!!! Now and Forever baby!"

David kissed him again and again.
"I LOVE YOU."

"I LOVE YOU TOO!!!!"
He just couldnt stop gushing at his lover, his voice loud and high.

"You're voice is so squeaky." He giggled. "You got strep throat too, you'll hurtit with the screaming." He pecked his lips.

"Too bad for you then, you'll have to listen to my bitching but right now I dont give a fuck!" He was so....Just Dewayne.

David chuckled and shook his head, still smiling.
"You're mine..."

"All yours David, all day, all the time." He giggled

David beamed at him, kissing him passionately again.

He couldnt believe it...
Now if he could refrain from making love until their honeymoon.

David was dying to make love to him right now... but he was determind to wait... make it special. On their wedding night..

Dewayne grinned, kissing him sweetly.
"I love you David...."

"I love you more." He smiled softly.

"Impossible babe." He cuddled close, grinning like an idiot.
