Can't Go On

"You know, the weird one? He hears voices? I can't really think of his name. I just call him the crazy kid." He shrugged. Riley didnt know, Angel was weird to him and he didnt mind saying it.

Brayden glared.
"He ain't insane. Don't call him that." He snapped. "He's just mentaly unstable and his name is Angel."

"Brayden...Bro....If you havent noticed he heard voices in his head...pretty insane." Riley raised a brow at him.
Why was he so protective over that crazy kid?

"STOP IT." Brayden growled, narrowing his eyes at his brother.

"Why are you defending him like this Bray?" He thought it was weird as hell.

"Because. He's our brother. You should be defending him too instead of making fun of him."

"He hasn't been here, he isnt like a brother, too me he is that weird kid momma has here who scares me."

"Riley I suggest you fucking stop it right now." Brayden snapped. He was this close to beating Rileys' face in....

"Brayden, what is it with you and him huh? The kid watches you alot too, I notice. What in the hell?" He didnt understand.

Brayden pulled him close so no one would hear.
"I love him Riley. And not as just a brother either." He whispered.

Riley frowned, looked at Brayden strangely.
"Then why arent you two talking or anything...You guys seemed good a while ago?"

"I was his boyfriend... we kissed once... then I came home and got grounded. He thought I left him and he got worse. With the whole mentally unstable thing. So we had to send him to a mental institution. While he was gone, I got with Higgy... he found out and won't speak to me anymore..."

Riley didnt like it but he supported his brother with anything he could.
"So....lets try and get him to talk to you. Ill help any way I can. I dont like the way you are right now, its not normal and he might be happier..."

"You'll help me." Brayden blinked up at him.

"Brayden, I love you bro and if he makes you happen then Ill help you get him back...Im supporting you...." He was a good older brother.

"You're the best." Brayden smiled softly

"I know it. Now come on, lets go get him." He took Brayden's hand and lead him off.

Brayden walked into the bedroom where Angel was.

Angel payed him no mind, cleaning his room with a vengeance. Riley sighed. "So....Angel....Hows it going?"
"Fuck off."

"Can I help you clean?" Brayden asked gently.

Angel said nothing but threw a rag and some bleach at him.
Riley frowned but sat down and watched.
How could Brayden love this?

Brayden did.
"Thanks Angel." He picked it up, grabbed a pair of plastic gloves and began cleaning.

Riley smiled at Angel.
"So....I hear you and Brayden dated?"
"No, He and Higgy dated."
Riley groaned.

"... I miss you Angel..." Brayden informed quietly.

Angel looked over at him, his face blank.
"I bet you missed me while you were fucking Higgy to."
