The doctor came into the room a few minutes later. She came over to Matt first.

"It's alright little one, I won't hurt you," the doctor said. "My name's Kiara, what's yours?" she asked, she wanted Matt to be comfortable with her.

Kiara didn't like it one bit. The wheezing sound in Matt's breathing was a definite problem, but there could be one other culprit as well, airway constriction. She hooked the stethoscope back around her neck and turned to the supplies.

Kira grabbed her small light and a tongue depressor. She also hid a small breathing tube away from Matt line of sight, she didn't want to scare the child if she wouldn't need to use it.
