I Will Stand By You Forever

Sydney stood in the back of the church/chapel helping her father get ready. She wasn't too happy at first about Critter proposing but it made her father happy.
"Oh god Syd. I think I'm gonna faint."
"Will you quit sweating so much?" She snapped, wiping off his clammy palms.
He tugged at the collar of his tux.
"Sydney... maybe it's too soon..."
"Daddy, you love him."
"I do." Alex nodded.

Critter was also a bit nervous at the alter. His best man was going to be Alex Jr but it looked like Alex Jr wasn't coming. Critter had found him and nearly begged but the man refused and quite bluntly told him what he though about him taking his mothers place. Critter waited for the love of his life to walk down the isle, not noticing the way things were off. Accidents kept happening.

Alex frowned when he noticed his son wasn't there. He laughed as he watched Cameron throw flowers down the aisle. Then it was his turn. Oh god, he swore he was going to puke.

Critter wrung his hands as he watched his to be husband walk down the isle. He didn't see the ghost of Daffy try and trip Alex, or the ghost of Shara yelling at him to stop it.

Alex wasn't even looking as Daffy's foot stopped being transparent and he tripped over it. He fell flat on his face. What was suposed to be one of the best day's of his life and now everyone was staring, trying to conceal their laughter. Alex blushed crimson red and quickly stood.

Critter didn't laugh, he wanted to go see if Alex was okay.
Daffy got behind Alex and pushed him.

Alex stumbled forward a few feet. He turned to see who had pushed him but he saw no one. God, he was going crazy. He quickly walked up to Lane.

Critter grinned at his lover and took one of his hands.
Daffy snuck up to the alter and pushed the podium. It fell and hit Critter in the leg. He cursed and held his now injured leg. Sarah was screaming at Daffy, trying to hit him but to no avail.

"What the fuck is going on?" Alex hissed under his breath.

Daffy laughed, his form becoming visible as nothing more than a see through, untouchable ghost. As did Sarah, you could now hear Daffy laughing and Sarah screaming and trying to hit him.

"You fucking asshole." Alex growled, then gave a bitter laugh. "You're just pissed because even though I'm with Lane now, Mike STILL DOESNT WANT YOU." Alex smirked. He knew he would hit a nerve with that one.

Daffy shrugged. "He dont want anything anymore. You really fucked him over big time. And you said you loved him, what a fucking joke." He laughed

"Look Dustin, I don't believe I sent you an invitation. So get the hell out of my wedding."

"Make me, you can't." He pointed to Sarah. "She cant either, she is not strong enough to force me out and she hits like a girl."

Alex turned to his soon to be husband.
"Baby, he is not going to ruin this. Just ignore him."

Daffy laughed louder.
"Really?" He began knocking things over and screaming in peoples faces.

Alex put his head in his hands. This was a fucking disaster. That's when he realized something. If Daffy was knocking stuff over that meant he could be touched. Alex ran up to him and gave him a hard right hook. God, it felt good.

Daffy giggled at him.
"You think you can hurt me? Only another dead being can hurt me."
He closed his eyes and soon he was untouchable but still screaming and scaring the guests.

No.. This was all wrong! Today was supposed to be all perfect. nd Daffy was ruining it. He felt like he was going to cry.
Alex let out a blood curdling scream that caused everyoen to stare at him.

"Daddy? Whats the matter?"
It was Alex Jr, standing between the door of the church having just gotten there. Mike was standing beside him looking at Daffy like he was going to murder him and if it was possible he would.

"HIM!" Alex screamed, refusing to let the tears fall as he shot an accusing glare at Daffy.

Mike grit his teeth.
"Dustin, you had better get the fuck out of here."
Daffy rolled his eyes. "Or what."
Mike walked over too him, his face only inches from Daffy's. "You don't want to know what."
Daffy laughed. "Come on Mike, what will you d-" He didn't get to finished, before he could Mike had rared back, and punched him in the mouth. Daffy stumbled and fell, a hand covering his mouth and nose. He didn't know how but his lip was busted and his nose was bleeding.
"Why in the hell are you defending him! He is fucking marrying someone else! Some one he loves more than he ever loved you!"
Mike frowned. "Because no matter how he feels, ill always love him just as much as I always have." Mike took a breath. "Now go on Daffy. Get out of here." Daffy sighed and stood up, winking at Alex before walking out the door and disappearing.

Alex's lower lip trembled at Mike's words.
"Mike... thank you."

Mike just nodded and went back to his son. Alex Jr sighed as his mother whispered in his ear.
"He may not love me anymore but he still loves you baby. He's your daddy, be happy for him." Alex Jr nodded and kissed him mothers cheek before taking him seat in the front row.

"Alex. You're... you're here." Alex smiled.
