Story Of The Year(Anyone)

Ted gave a small whimper and pouted. "My cheek hurts...and my knee hurts..."He hugged Alex around the waist.

"I know we're a bit old for this but...." Alex leaned over and kissed Ted's cheek. Then he rolled up his pant leg and wiped away a bit of blood on his knee before kissing that too.

Ted simply stared at him as another blush broke out on his cheeks.
"Thank you..." He wiped some of his blood from Alex's lips.

Alex blushed.
"You're welcome. Are you alright?" He asked as he pulled Ted's pant leg back down.

Ted grinned at him and nodded.
"Yeah, thank you Alex."
Ted rubbed hi stinging cheek.

Allex smiled and leaned over to kiss his cheek again as his little sister bounded into the room.
"ALex has a boyfriend! Alex has a boyfriend!" She chanted.
Alex blushed as he snapped at her to shut up.
"Well dinner's ready. You and your BOYFRIEND can come eat." She laughed as she skipped out of the room.

Ted blushed brightly. He did have a crush on the larger boy but Alex probably had a girlfriend. His momma said it was wrong to like another boy like that, she said to was gross and when two guys liked eachother they went to hell.

"Ignore her." Alex blushed as he stood. He was also told this by his parents. He prayed that Mica would not mention this.

Ted nodded and stood with Alex. "Will we be in trouble if she says anything? My momma would be mad..."

"After you leave my momma might yell at me... but shes too polite to yell at a kid she doesn't know yet."

"I don't want you to be in trouble...." Now Ted was worried. It would be his fault for letting Alex do it...

"I don't care if I'm in trouble." Alex shrugged. "I'll do what I want and momma can't stop me. See?" He pecked Ted's lips and walked downstairs.

Ted just stood there, eventually his hand came up to let his finger ghost over his lips. That was his first kiss. Even if just a little peck...

It was Alex's first kiss too. He smiled to himself. That was a new sensation to him. But he liked it.

Ted finally made his way down stairs and stood at the bottom of them, not sure what to do or where to go.
"Alex?" He called softly as he looked around.

Alex took Ted's hand and walked him into the dining room. The table was set and everyone was seated. There were two empty seats beside each other for Ted and Alex. Alex sat in one and pulled out the other for Ted.

Ted smiled and thanked his friend as he sat down and let his head drop. He was uneasy, he was only comfortable with Alex.

"Ted and Alex sittin in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" Mica sang as she ate. Alex kicked her under the table.

Ted blushed a bright pink as he tried to eat. He was worried for Alex...

Mica continued her song, sticking her tongue out at her brother.
"Mica, not at the table." Their mother scolded.
"But mommy," She whined. "Alex kissed Ted."
Alex looked down at his plate.

Ted looked up and glared at her.
"He kissed me on the cheek because I have a booboo!" Ted pointed to his cheek. He was small for his age so maybe she would think he was just a little boy who still needed someone like his momma to kiss his cuts.

"Mica, stop being rude to our guest. It's not polite." Alex's mother lightly popped Mica in the back of the head. "Now apologize to Ted."
"Sorry." Mica grumbled.

"Apology excepted." Ted put his head back down as his cheeks burned. He felt s stupid but atleast she wasn't yelling at Alex.

Alex knew his mother was not finished yet. When Ted would gone she would have a talk with him. And he was not going to hide the fact that he had kissed Ted. He'd come right out and say it. He didn't care.
His mother smiled at Ted.
"So, do you two go to school together?"

"No ma'me......"
Ted didnt wanna talk, he was still worried for his friend.
