Undesired

"Well... what all do you want to know?" Alex asked

"What you think about you, your family."
He needed to see how Alex ticked.

"Well erm, I don't really know... I'm not calling myself stupid or anything, just, it's pretty simple for me. I love my family more than anything. I'd take a bullet for them all..." He shrugged, slightly confused at what the man wanted.

"Alex...I need to know how you work, how you tick. What goes on inside your head." He hummed.

"Well I don't know how to explain that." He frowned slightly. "Give me specifics and I can probably explain but... damn, guess I am stupid." He chuckled softly.

"What goes on in your head when Mike is crying? Are you annoyed? Worried? What?"

"Well before we died I was sort of just like 'oh, here we go again.' but I was always worried. I still care so much for him. It just got a bit old every once in a while. But I never really got annoyed. Now, I'm just plain worried. Cause he rarely cries anymroe I know it is always somthing important now."

"What about Kevin? What's it like when Kevin is crying, or hurt or happy."

"At first, we didn't get along too well. He thought I hated him, I thought he was mad at me... but at first we didn't talk too much at all. Then, our relationship sort of grew closer when he got with Rick. Now, I care about himjust as much as Mike. When he's crying I get so worried for him. When he's happy I just gotta smile with him and I'm genuinely happy inside."

"Biddy, he is not yours....Whats it like with you and him, what do you think about him and his problems?"

"Biddy... Biddy is really somethin else. I've never been around someone like him, he's just so cheery all the time and a lot of the time, that's what I need. But I know he needs to break down sometime too, and I try to get him to open up and cry to me but he won't..." Alex frowned slightly. "And I don't like that he is with Higgy. He came to me a bit ago and told me he was engaged and I tried so hard to be happy for him but I couldn't really. I don't want him with Higgy forever.... He hurts him and that hurts me. I know he isn't mine but I love him like he is."

"Whats Higgy do? He is Biddy's boyfriend?" Kindel looked around at the pictures.

"Yes, he's his fiance now. Higgy hurts him, horribly and I can't take it. It kills me. He abuses him and it's just awful how much he does. And he cheats and he's just horrible to my baby boy. He deserves so so SO much better. But Biddy doesn't think he does and he says Higgy is better than being alone..."

"To some people he is. So he is not like normal abused people. He smiles alot?"

"Yes, practically 24/7. Sometimes it's refreshing but then I worry for him, cause it can't be good keeping everything inside... maybe you could talk to him sometime too?"

'He is the kind of person I bet you could tell him you hate him and he is worthless but he would smile and say what?"
It was interesting how much Alex cared for this boy.

"Well, I could see him saying something along the lines of 'I know you are but what am I?' or maybe a sarcastic thank you." He chuckled. "Or he might simply say nothing and smile."

"He is never negative is he?"
He found this sorta funny.

"I've never really seen him negative." He sighed softly.

"Never seen him cry?"
The man must be made of stone.

"Never. Wel once he started fake crying but that doesn't count I don't think."

"No....How much does the kid ever frown? Is he ever unhappy or pissed?"

"Well he gets pissed sometimes but never really seems unhappy..."

"What's he like when he is pissed off?"
He was getting into Alex's head slowly.

"He's.. quite amusing." Alex chuckled, remembering when Zac had first come. How angry Biddy had gotten. "Nasty too."
