He Will Be Loved

Zac laughed.
"Well I gotta go do somethin squirt. I'll see ya when its party time." He winked and jogged off. He had to go get his present ready for his little brother.

Jr nodded and went to go find Jayden, he wanted someone to play with...

Zac had Chrissy and Frankie help him set up a big stage in the main room where they'd eat cake and open Rick's presents. He had written a song for his little brother and he had everything nice and perfect. There were spotlights, smoke machines. It was perfect. It would be like a real concert. He had a headset/microphone on and there was body glitter all over him and in his hair. He wore a bit of stage makeup, which he thought made him look like a total twink but Chrissy said it suited him.

Rick sat with Jayden, playing with his basket ball outside in the front yard.

Jayden stepped up to him.
"Can I pway?"

Junior grinned at him and nodded, standing up and bouncing the ball to his small uncle.....
Jayden was more like a brother.

Jayden smiled and bounced the ball before throwing it to Rick

Rick laughed, sloppily dribbling the ball, trying to get Jayden to do it.

Jayden watched him carefully before attempting to do the same, failing horribly.

Rick laughed at him, kissing his cheek as he sat down.
"Guess what Jay-Jay!"

"What?!" Jayden asked with a wide grin.

"Its my birthday! Im four years old today!" He beamed at Jayden.

"Happy biwthday!!!" Jayden exclaimed, grinning and bouncing up and down.

Rick giggled and took Jayden's hand as Kevin called them in for the party.
He gave Rick a sympathetic smile.
"Maybe he will talk to you..."

"Happy birthday baby." Rick smiled hopefully at his child.

Jr walked right pass him and jumped into Kevin's arms.
"Happy Birthday sweetheart!"
"Thank you momma."

Rick sighed softly, looking down at his feet.
"Baby..."

Kevin looked up at him.
"Rick, sweetheart...." He kissed Jrs cheek and let him down.

His baby wouldn't even talk to him....
"Give this to him for me, will ya?" He sighed, handing Kevin a small box. Inside was a small heartshaped locket. Inside was a picture of him, Jr and Kevin together.

"You give it to him Rick. Its his birthday baby, I know you can do it and you need to. It has been almost a year...He has not breathed a word to you since that thing where you totally outcast him for Austin."

Rick sighed.
"He is so your child..."
Fucking grudge holders. He pouted.

"Hey, I have never held one like this Rick. Not even when you cheated on me. He is hurt..." Kevin sighed softly.

Rick sighed.
"Well then he's definitely Mike's grandson..." He shook his head as he walked over to his baby, holding out the box.
"I gotta present sweety."

Rick looked away.
"Its not Austin's birthday. He dont live here anyways, just me and Zac, not your precious baby." He got up and stalked off.

"Baby, jsut open it please?" He sighed softly.
