Invisible...Am I?

Mike smiled, hugged his babies close.
"I love you both and ill miss you so much....Take care of each other."

And Alex heard it... he gasped but he wasn't surprised.
"We will baby... we will..."

"Okay.....And Alex.....Lane is a good man....I want you to be happy regardless so if you want to you have my blessing." It hurt But all Mike wanted was his happiness.

"No. He isn't a good man anymore... love you..." Alex shook his head.

"Alex what he did was wrong....He killed me but....Everyones makes mistakes....this one cant be forgiven but you can still love him." Mike sighed softly.

"No I can't Mikey... I love you to much..." Alex sighed

"Goodbye my love." He kissed Alex's lips one more time before leaving the room and finding Rick.

Alex wiped at his eyes as he cuddled back up with Kevin.
Rick was sleeping in he and Kevin's room.

Mike sat beside him, resting his hand in Rick's soft brown locks.
"Hey baby...."

Rick couldn't feel or hear him but he missed him so much... his face was tearstreaked and his eyes were red and puffy.

Mike laid beside him, watching his baby.
"Sweetheart...." He hated his baby had cried so hard....To him this wasnt such a big deal.

Rick rolled over, tears rolling down his cheeks, even in his sleep.

Mike paused, bowing his head and praying to be touchable one more time, then he would leave without any other prompting...He just needed to take care of his baby. His prayer was granted. Mike smiled, pulling Rick to his chest and kissing his cheek.

Rick opened his eyes and gasped at what he saw.
"M-MOMMA!"

Mike covered his mouth with a small smile.
"Baby, I just came to say goodbye...."
He didnt wanna go...

Rick whimpered.
"N-no... you have to s-stay..."

"Baby I want to but I can't....I just couldnt go without seeing my baby boy one more time...." He hugged Rick to his chest.

"Momma... I love you... no...." Rick cried.

"Hey, I love you too Rick, so much....So its all going to be okay. You got Alex and Kevin. Ill always be in your heart baby...." He sighed softly, he didnt want to go.

"But I need you momma..." Rick cried harder.

"Rick sweetheart, you dont need me. You were always fine without me. I wasnt even momma, I was Mike to you. You are a good independent man....I trust you with my little boy....And I love you."
It wasnt like Rick was his own.
Rick was his child period. Not kinda like, and not just like, it was final.

"But you're my momma..." Rick sniffled, hugging him close.

"And your my baby. I dont play favorite but let me tell you something Rick. You Kevin and Biddy.....I love you all just after Alex......You outshine my other kids....Your my baby Rick...I have never saw you as anything else."

"I'm gonna miss you so much momma..." Rick sniffled.

"Ill find away back to you okay? Trust momma." He nodded and kissed Ricks forehead.
"Time for me to go."
