Tough Little Boys

David laughed bitterly.
"Did you really have the nerve to call ME a bad lover?"

"Yes I do David, I have all the nerve in the word. Why shouldn't I? What are you trying to say?" Mike raised a brow.

"Well what the hell makes me a bad lover?" This should be interesting. He wasn't conceited at all. But he tried to be the best he could for Dewayne and he thought he was doing well.

"Your so wrapped up in helping others, when Dewayne needs a little help you don't realize or you see him as being selfish and he makes you....I dunno..sick?"
Dustin had told him about that little episode.

"I have never seen that boy as selfish. Yes, I help others. I find it my job to help others. Are you really trying to use that as one of my faults? That I'm a good person? I help everyone, along with my lover when he needs it. The reason I'm here in the first place is cause of your violent ass." He snapped. "And that was one time, we are past it. We have a healthy relationship unlike most of you. I think we may be the only relationship that hasn't involved some sort of cheating, sickness, or some big dramatic bullshit."

"Thats not healthy because I know there are problems...I know my son....He knows how you are so if he has a problem so he just wont say anything." He shook is head.

David snapped off once again.
"Don't even fucking call him your son. What gives you the right?! You haven't been there for him for anything a mother should be there for! You know the first one he told when I proposed?! not you! Chris and Dustin! You aren't his goddamn mother."

Mike rolled his eyes.
"Fuck you, I am his mother because he does still love me and he came out of me. I still have control over him, He still calls me and talks to me. And you get on my damn nerves. Go away."

"And you get on my fucking nerves for hurting my lover. Go to hell." He hissed and slapped Mike before strutting out. David hated hitting people but Mike... Mike was the exception.

Mike growled, stomping after him and almost getting to him before Dustin took a hold of him.
He tore off into Dustin, trying to kill the man.

Rick sighed. He'd stayed out of the conversation but his child was in the room! No fucking violence.
"Momma! jr is in here!" He snapped, grabbing Mike around the waist.

Mike sighed and stopped, looking down at the wide child before hugging Rick close.
"Im sorry baby....im so sorry...." He whispered, pressing close to the man while the child looked up at David.
"Ew hit mwemaw....ew ish a bawd mwan...." The boy accused, his hand clutching Rick's pants leg.

"Davids not a bad man Jr. He's a very good man who just made a mistake." Rick sighed at his son. "Memaw hit uncle Dustin but he's not bad is he? No."

"Yes....Mwemaw ish bawd two......To ish papa awnd untle dustin...." Jr nodded, looking at them all.
"Bwut memwaw ish wike mwomma....ew tud huwrt him....."

"Yes and David knows that baby. Which is why he didn't hit him too hard... I'm sure he didn't mean it and he's sorry, right?" He looked at David with a look that said if he didn't agree he would get his ass kicked.
David nodded without question although he really wasn't sorry.

Jr hugged close to his father.
"Nuh-hu! He isnt sowwy....Papa looks sowwy, ew looked sowwy....Dabid downt..."

Rick sighed.
"Let it go squirt... memaws fine and I think David is leaving..." David nodded and walked out the door..

Jr nodded, reaching up to be held by his father.
"Dada, how tome mwomma left us?"

Rick lifted his son.
"Well he's comin back baby...."

"Awnd Imma hab a new bwaby bwoder or twister!" Jr smiled sweetly but it soon faded.
Another baby....
He didnt want another baby..

"Yes you are honey." Rick nodded. "Momma wants one really bad."

"I downt....dew ew dawdy?" Jr looked at his father curiously.

"Well sure I do but it could hurt your momma and I don't want that."

Jr frowned, was he not enough for his mother and father? Did they need more babies to be happy?
They had Zac....

"I'm hapy with just you baby." Rick kissed his temple.
