Critter shrugged. "Well, you did. He called me up last night a sobbing, blubbering mess. He came over for an hour so I could try and calm him down, It didn't work." He sighed. "He said you lied to him, said you only wanted him and here you have having a wet dream about your old boyfriend." Critter laughed humorously. "Said it was probably his fault for being so Goddamn ugly and troublesome."

"I only love him and I mean that. I don't plan what I dream about and if it's anythin special I remember it."

Critter looked at him. "Well, he had stopped caring if he lives or dies so you had better talk to him." Critter started back to the truck only to find Mike on the phone with Chris, telling him that since he was dying he wanted him to take care of Alex.

Chris was a bit shocked at the phone call to say the least.
"Umm alright... He's really in love with you though... I don't know if he'll like that."

"I doubt he is in love with me. He had a wet dream about you last night." Mike growled into the receiver.

"He did?" Chris had to hide the happiness in his voice. He still had feelings for Alex but he had known that they weren't reciprocated. Then he yelled at himself. Alex was a married man.

"Yeah." Mike said gruffly and just before he hung up he told him he could come by if he wanted. Critter walk up to him and put a hand on his small shoulder. "Mikey." Mike shrugged him off and got in the truck.

Alex walked out to the car.
"Mike I'm sorry."

"Don't speak to me." He said once again gruffly as he pressed himself to the side of the truck.

"Mike I don't even remember it." Alex said. "It doesn't mean anything. I don't control what I dream about."

"You dreampt it, you want it." Mike paused. "Don't worry because soon you can have it and I won't be around to get in your way."

"No I do not want it. I want you Mike. Just you. I meant that."

"Uh-huh, yeah sure, whatever you say Riley." Mike wouldn't even look at him. Mike felt betrayed and cheated on.

"Mike I swear on my life. I don't like Chris like that."

"Great, maybe I wont die alone after all." He said sarcastically. He had to be mean, if not he would be broken.

"Mike if It meant anything I'd remember it." Alex sighed.

"Fact of the matter is you had a WET dream about him." Mike sighed. "And you had me thinking it didn't matter how bad I looked, I couldn't help it."

"It doesn't mtter Mike. Itwill never matter. Sure I like Chris as a friend but NOTHING MORE."

"Then why was it his name you were moaning last night?" Mike asked, his lip quivering.

"Mike..." Alex sighed. "I don't know why. I have no feelings for him like that anymore."

"Then I have nothing more to say to you Alex." Mike was in so much pain and he just wanted to die.

"Mike please. I love YOU." Alex said, eyes filling with tears.

"No..." Was all Mike could get out. He wasn't even dead yet and Alex was already fantasizing over other people.

"Mike.. please." All he could do was repeat himself as the tears fell.

"No....you wanted someone else. You went crazy when Daffy wanted me, I didn't want him but your over here having wet dreams about Chris and he returns your feeling." Mike felt a few tears fall.
