Lane nodded, pressing Alex to his chest.
"And how did Mike take this?"

"Not good... not good at all." Alex sighed, lower lip trembling.

Lane sighed.
"I've got you Alex, if you need to cry or let it out or whatever you can go ahead."

"I... I think I'm out of tears." He frowned. "I love you.."

"I love you too on one condition. I dont give a fuck how upset or man or depressed you are. If you ever hurt yourself like you did Alex, You have lost me for good, I wont talk to you, I wont look at you, I will pretend you don't exist."
His eyes were hard but behind them there was love. He knew no matter what he would love Alex.

Alex sighed, glancing down at his scar covered body.
"Okay."

Lane kissed the top of his head.
This was Alex.
This was not his boo.

"I'm sorry... for everything." Alex said softly.

"I know Alex, I know"
Lane would not call him Boo anymore.

Alex's lower lip trembled.
"L-lane... why are you calling me Alex?"

"Because thats your name."
Lane couldnt call him Boo, he boo wouldnt hurt him like that.

"You know what I meant." Alex pulled back and looked Lane in the eye. "I'm not Boo anymore... are I?" Alex sighed.

"My Boo, would not have hurt me like you did that night. My Boo is careful, My Boo does not try to hurt me while we make love. My Boo loves me too much to do that to me."

"Baby.. I didn't know I hurt you..." Alex frowned. "Th-that's why you were crying? You didn't tell me..."

"Yeah that's why I was crying. Did you no realize what you were doing, I was careful with Mike and you seemed like you were trying to hurt me, trying to punish me..."

"No darlin' I wasn't trying to hurt you. I'd never purposely hurt you... I wasn't thinking. All I was thinking about was not flipping out."

"I would have rather you hit me than hurt me like that while making love Alex."

"Baby I wasn't trying to... I didn't mean to hurt you.."

"You're boo was busy trying not to cry." Alex sighed.

"My boo, would not have hurt me like that. And if he would he didnt love me as much as I thought."

"Lane, I didn't know I was hurting you." Alex sighed. "You know I would have been more careful if you would have told me."

"That's the thing Alex, I shouldnt of have to tell you. My Boo already knows."

Alex sighed.
"Lane... your Boo loves you... ALex loves you. More than anything."
