"Lane... that time was not making love to me, I wasn't thinking. That was torture for me. It killed me knowing you had made love to Mike... but watching it..."

"Fact of the matter is, I trusted you, I felt safe. was always okay as long as I had my Boo."

"And you still are Lane. I understand, I hurt you. But I didn't know. How could I stop if you didn't speak up?"

"Alex, I don't ask you to do much for me. I dont ask you to know when im hurting. But its common since that if you were rough like you were with me, I would be in pain."

"That's the thing Lane. I was not paying attention. I didn't think I was being rough."

"Do you know how many tears I have? Hell Mike could see you were being rough."

"Lane, what don't you get about this? I am sorry but I didn't know I was hurting you."

"Alex, how could you not know that? I thought you knew when I was in pain..."

Alex let out a breath. Lane just wasn't understanding.
"I do. When all I'm thinking of is you. I wasn't even looking at you right then. I was not kidding when I said it took everything to last as long as I did, watching you with Mike."

"Then maybe you should be with Mike right now." Lane sighed and went back into the kitchen.

Alex shook his head incredulously.
Was this really what he got for finally choosing?

Sarah had fixed there plates. She sat, said grace and soon Lane came in and joined her. She knew something was wrong but Lane did not look mad.

Alex thought about just staying in his room but he eventually joined them too.

"So, you guys having problems?"
She knew they were, she wanted to help.

"As always." Alex sighed. There was never just a normal, peaceful, stress free night.

"Alex, this is not all his fault im sure, when you two fight you are both at fault so get over it."

"I didn't say it was all his fault." Alex snapped. "I just said were always fighting because we are." Alex shurugged.

"You would do well to fucking not snap at me because I have done nothing wrong."
She snapped back.

"Well stop telling me to get over things when you have no idea what we are arguing about."

"Well maybe you should stop making things to argue about Alex."
She and Lane had not and did not fight much.

"This time it was not me who started it Sarah." Alex sighed.

"Lane is this about why you were crying the other night?"
Lane sighed but gave a small nod.
Sarah pursed her lips.
"Alex, what has be done wrong? Is he getting too sensitive for you like Mike?"

"No. Not at all Sarah. I'm simply upset because he doesn't understand what I'm trying to say when I apologize."

She looked at Lane and poked him. He waved her off.
"Im not fighting with him, I wont, not now." Lane growled lowly.

Alex simply sighed and shook his head. Didn't his apology mean anything?
