He Will Be Loved

Mike looked up at him, jumping slightly as he heard a small beep.
It was 6:00
"I need to get up...."

"Nope. I won't let you. I will tie you to the bed if necessary. You're sleeping til nine today. You're getting pampered today. I'll take care of everything."

Mike looked at him, smiling softly.
"What are you trying to do baby? Im fine sweetheart, I do this everyday...."

"Exactly. Not today you aren't. You go back to sleep. Hell, sleep all day if you want. Please?"

"Rick you have three kinds and a husband to deal with....I can do it, plus I dont want you burning the house down trying to cook." Mike joked lightly, kissing his cheek.

"And you have nine kids counting Alex." He winked. "C'mon Mike. For one day, let someone else do the work.

Mike smiled softly at his baby.
"Okay try this. I will cuddle with you for fifteen more minutes and then I got to go...."

"No Mike... go back to bed. There's somethin I wanna do. Pretty please?" Rick smiled.

"What do you wanna do?" Mike cocked his head to the side in wonder.

"Nothing you need to know just yet. Now rest momma pleaseee." Rick batted his eyelashes.

"Baby if thats all you want then wait until Thursday and Ill sleep in okay?"
Thursday was his birthday......

Rick nodded.
"You're right. It's better than way. Birthday present." He grinned.

Mike smiled softly.
At least someone remembered. Last year it came and went without a word from anyone but Kevin....

"Well, now I'll take you up on that fifteen minutes of cuddling." He winked and wrapped his arms around his mother.

Mike laughed lightly, cuddling close to his baby as Kevin muttered something about Rick in his sleep.

"Awww, he's dreaming of me." Rick grinned. "Hopefully not a nightmare."

"He dreamed of you 24/7. Sunny as hell, Ill be up in the kitchen and he will run into the room, telling me about you and whatever the hell else was in that dream and most of the time I gotta tell ya, I dont wanna know..."
He had alot of wet dreams

"Awww, does he have wet dreams?" Rick chuckled, stroking Kevin's hair in his sleep.

"Yeah, alot of them. Every day he tells me about good and bad dreams with you, and then some with Alex." Mike shrugged, snuggling closer.

"Well I wanna know now. Fill me in." Rick smiled softly.

"Good or bad?" He looked up at Rick with a small and tired smile.

"Both." Rick nodded, preparing to listen.

"These are his favorites..." A smile formed on his face. "He dreams of our wedding...Dreams of that kiss and the way you said I do. He dreams of his first kiss, first time you made love to him. He dreams about having Jr and many more kids with you. He dreams about You making love to him, He dreams about you almost everynight...He says when he dreams sometimes your all he can see...Your smile, your laugh...Your sapphire blue eyes and your soft brown hair. The scratchy stubble on your cheeks and your long eye lashes. Your velvet skin and the sound of your voice." Mike giggled lightly. "All his words."

Rick beamed.
"Aw, he's so adorable. Just reinflating my head."

"He is adorable...Ridiculous.....Im love." Mike knew what it felt like.
