"I don't want you to let me go..." Alex sighed truthfully. It would kill him if either one of them left. "And I know that eventually one of you will get tired of waiting on me to choose..."

"Yes we will but we wont leave you, we love you to much. You know your special because I wouldn't wait on anyone else."

"I'm sorry for making you wait baby..." Alex sighed.

"Im.......Scared. I dont want to lose you and if you chose....either me or Mike will be...."
Alone.
Devastated.
Wretched.
Alone.......

Alex had never heard Lane say those two little words before: "I'm scared."
They were so simple and yet they made ALex's heart ache.

"I don't want you to chose because one of us will be left alone...."
He hugged Alex to his chest so he couldn't see that his eyes were watering.

"I'm so sorry... I have to choose eventually." Alex sighed. HE couldn't do this forever.

Lane let out a shaky breath as the first tear slid silently down his cheek.
He would be the one alone.

"Lane baby, don't cry please. Please." Alex whimpered wiping away the tear.

"Im fine Boo, leave it." He muttered as he drug a worn callused hand across his face.

"Baby..." Alex sighed, taking the hand in his own.

"Im fine Boo. Im fine...."
Lane was always fine.
He was never the one who needed comforting.
He couldn't be.

"No you're not. I'm hurting you. I know I am.."

Lane gave a sad smile.
"Boo, im used to this and I will be until you do chose and your going to have to do that soon."

"I don't want to hurt you anymore..." Alex sighed.

"You need yo chose Boo. Get it over with it."
Lane's eyes watched the floor.

"I...I can't." Alex sighed. He couldn''t hurt Mike. He couldn't hurt Lane.

"Your the one who said you had to chose. If your going to you need to do it soon Boo."

Alex whimpered.
"I love you both to much to hurt you..."

Lane hugged Alex tightly.
"I know baby and I dont want you to chose...Your the one that insist you have too."

"I changed my mind." Alex frowned.

Critter sighed,
"Are you going to chose or not?"

"Not at the moment..." Alex pouted.

"Alex baby...."
This was not fair to them and every one knew it...
"You know.....I never thought it was worth it,." He looked into Alex's eyes. "You know waiting for your love? And then I felt your kiss.....I could wait forever for this."

Alex sighed.
