Ted grinned and sat up to pull his shoes off. Yawned loudly and covered his mouth, his head bobbing around before he fell back on the bad and cuddled up to Alex.

It was hard to sleep with it in his eyes but he was terribly afraid of the dark.

Alex stood and flicked off the light switch. It was pitch black except for the little bit of light from a street lamp outside, shining in through the window.
