Fall For You

Drew heard this. And it almost made him cry.
"Goddamnit Michael." Drew sighed as he walked out to Mike.
"When do I look at you like you're a bad husband? I'm always telling you how wonderful you are. Does it mean nothing? And what in the world would make you think I would leave?!" He drug a hand across his face.

Mike looked up at him surprised before he stood and simply hugged Drew to his chest.
"You don't realize it I don't think. When you look at me like that. I don't think you know your doing it. But baby I see it, I know. And..." Mike his forehead.
"You will, if it comes down to it you will leave me for a good husband and father. Paige needs a daddy and you need a husband. Drew you know that."

"Goddamnit, no! I will not. I could never leave you. You do everything for me. You're so amazing and wonderful, just perfect and you dont see it..."

Mike pushed him back and cupped Drew's face in his hands.
"I don't see it because its not true. I am not amazing, or perfect, or even adequate." Mike kissed him softly.

Drew could have melted right then. But he reminded himself, he had to stay firm.
"YES you are. And I don't deserve you. I love you so much. I cannot believe you would think I'd ever leave."

"Your right, you dont deserve me. You deserve so much better, so much more than what im giving." Mike showered Drew's face with kisses.

"Damn. Quit being so adorable. I'm trying to be upset with you." Drew pouted.

Mike sat on the couch and pulled Drew into his lap so they were chest to chest.
"You know you cant be upset at me because im right."

"You are NOT." Drew grumbled. "You're amazing. The most amazing man on the planet."

"Stop that. Your nose will start growing if you keep that up." Mike pecked the tip of Drew's nose.

Drew glared.
"Mikeee," He whined. "Quit it. You're upsetting me." He batted his eyelashes.

"Because you look so upset and just soooooo innocent." Mike rolled his eyes and nuzzled Drew's chest.

"I am upset and innocent." Drew stuck out his tongue.

"Yeah, im so sure Drew."
Mike heaved a sigh and inhaled Drew's scent.
He missed being the girl sometimes.

And Drew missed being the man. Mike was so fragile and yet Drew was forcing him to be so strong...

And that was true. Mike was very fragile but he was strong for Drew and Paige, he had to be. He loved Drew enough to put aside anything he needed and just provide for him. Mike would do anything for his husband.

A small cry from the bedroom made Drew sigh and walk away to comfort his daughter.

Mike laid himself back down onto the couch.It was okay, Paige had her momma and Mike was never there anyways so he had not right to be in that room right now.

"I want daddy!" Paige screamed. Drew tried to comfort his baby but the second he looked into her eyes he had to quickly look away.... those eyes.

Mike stood up and quickly made his way into the room. He picked his baby up and cradled her to his chest gently.
"Shhhhh, baby its okay. Daddy's here. I love you." Mike cooed to his daughter.

Drew thanked Mike and gave him one of those signature looks that said he was having one of those moments. A flashback...

Mike held Paige in one arm before wrapping the other around his husband and pulling him to his chest also. He sat their and held his babies.

"Just hold Paige for a second. I'll be right back." Drew murmured before standing and walking to the bathroom.

Mike was worried now. He focused on putting his baby to sleep thought before he was able to check on Drew.

Drew sighed as he closed the toilet lid and sat down, resting his face on the icy cool wall.
He couldn't let Mike or his baby see him like that. He reached up and locked the door before letting the memories take over...
