Wrapped In Rain, Surrounded By Pain

Quincy growled, standing and walking out with him. He took the boys arm and stopped him.
"Back in the house. Your momma said so."

Cade yanked his arm back.
"No. I'm going out for a walk." He glared.

Quincy looked back at the house themn at Cade.
If it was his kid he would bust there ass and take them home but this was Angel's. He licked his lips and once again took the boys arm.
"Fine but im coming too. He left me in charge of you so either I come or I whip your ass and we go home."

"Fine. Come." He rolled his eyes and started off. He had his father's temper.

But Quincy still had his arm which moved to be his hand, looking around as they walked.
"So brat, whats up your ass today?"

"Your son being a dick." He cracked his neck.

"Well kid, you see I have eleven kids, one isnt mine, I adopted him, one isnt Zacs, and another is Zac's but not mine. And only two out of the eleven are girls. Be more clear." Quincy grunted as they walked.

"Riley. He keeps saying shit about my momma." He nodded

Quincy nodded and threw an arm over the boys shoulders.
"Well....Your momma is....Riley is usually really nice, but the thing with Angel and Brayden is pissing him off even though he is usually the peace maker. Your momma was weird for us, when we got him back he was really....out of it. I didn't get close to him, I didn't know what to do with him, he wouldnt let anyone but bray touch him, wouldnt really talk to anyone, violent when we got close to him....Riley never thought anything of him, didnt like him but let him be....Its really strange kid."

"He called him crazy and said he should be locked up in an institution... momma aint' crazy..." He muttered.

Quincy sighed and nodded.
"I want to say he isnt too kid and I tell myself he isnt but...Your momma...He is cracy, broken. I looked into it and it all just came together because when you suffer such dramatic experiences before the age of five....it breaks you, it shattered him into several bits of glass and every shard is a different personality, He is crazy, but he is a really good kid and he seems like a good momma. And he probably would be back in Spiraling Oaks if Gabriel would let him go...he needs the help."

He frowned deeply.
"he's a great momma... he protects me..."

"How?" Quincy really was just curious.

"He just... does. He's the only reason daddy never hit me before now... who knows what dad could've done if not for momma."

Quincy nodded.
"He did do good there, ill give him that, and he seems like he loves you a lot so...I guess he is a good momma huh?"

Cade smiled and nodded again.
"He's a really good momma."

"You seem like a good kid too. Im proud of you and Angel for being the way you guys are inspite of your father."
Quincy hated him.

"I love daddy too... sometimes I hate him though." He shook his head.

"Ands that okay kid, It comes like that. I dont hit my kids and they still hate me sometimes so its okay." He nodded, passing Higgy's home, pausing to see Higgy, with Angel over his shoulder, trying to lay him down.
What in the hell?
He sighed and looked at Cade.
"Wanna Meet Mr.Higgy?"

"Uj sure." He nodded, eyeing the man.

Quincy knocked on the door, waiting until a large man appeared.
"What?"
"Ummm, is someone here with you?"
"Yeah Angel."
"Why is he here?"
"He ran off from what's his face and came here because we all know I protect him better than anyone." He shrugged and looked back.
"Why you here?"
"Just to see what your doing."
"Wanna come it? Much easier to see what im doing from inside."
Quincy stepped into the home, his hand still holding Cade's.

Cade looked around, examining the home and the other man.

Higgy sat o the couch, reaching down and yanking Angel out from under it.
"Company babe."
Angel looked up, eyes wide but softening on his child.
Angel had lost it since Brayden, he was anything but his normal crazy, he was much worse.
But the site of his baby calmed him for the moment.

"Hi momma... are you alright?" He asked softly.

Angel shook his head, he looked wild, he was freaking out and had been since that night.
"N-No....." He whispered. He was back to the kid they first knew, the one who never raised his voice and wouldnt let anyone touch him.
