Surprise........Daddy

Cody stirred a bit, but did not wake.

"Cody, wake up." Randy said, gently shaking his friend.

"Don'twanna," Cody slurred sleepily.

Randy chuckled.
"Then c'mon." He grunted as he struggled to lift Cody up. He eventually got him into his arms. He carried him to the bed where Alanna and Aiden were laying.

Cody curled up on the bed.

"Aiden, you wanna get up?" Randy asked softly, shaking Aiden's shoulders. He wasn't sure if it was too early or not.

Aiden slowly opened his eyes. "How's 'Lanna?"

"The doctor said it wasn't anything unusual for her. I have some medicine that she should take when she wakes up then."

Aiden grinned "Good luck with that."

"I'm guessing she doesn't like medicine." Randy groaned.

"Nope," Aiden said "Hope you can figure out what her middle name is, you'll need it."

"Great." Randy said sarcastically. "So, how do you feel about Cody? You're gonna be seeing him a lot. He said you guys got along fine but I wanted to hear it from you."

"He's funny," Aiden chuckled.

"Glad ya think so. So, should I let Lanna sleep for a little while longer?"

Aiden nodded. "She needs it."

Randy nodded.
"So, um, would you like some breakfast? I think I have some cereal."

Aiden nodded slowly.

Randy walked to the kitchen and pulled out a few different boxes of cereal.
"Help yourself."

Aiden stared at the boxes, before making a bowl.

"Hey, watch this." Randy said with a smirk. He opened the fridge and grabbed the whipped cream. He looked around for what he needed and eventually settled on a feather that flew out of a pillow last night. He quietly crept into the bedroom and filled Cody's hand with whipped cream. Then he tickled his nose with the feather, not caring that he was acting like a child again.

Aiden chuckled, watching Cody end up with whipped cream in his face.

"Ready to wake up yet?" Randy cooed as if he hadn't just gotten Cody's face covered in whipped cream.

"I'm gonna get you Orton........" Cody grumbled as his eyes slid open.

Randy chuckled and tossed Cody a towel to wipe off his face.
"Hey, thats what ya get for sleeping in."

Cody wiped his face, glaring at Randy.
