Surprise........Daddy

Alanna smiled, snuggling into Cody's arms as he stroked her hair.

Randy smiled at the two.
"You'd make a great 'mother.'" Randy grinned but quickly covered his mouth. He hadn't meant to say that out loud.

Lucky for Randy, Lanna had drifted off in Cody's arms.

Randy blushed and quickly walked away over to Aiden.

Aiden smiled at him.

"Thanks for helping with the middle name." Randy said sarcastically. "Now do I have to go look up yours or will you tell me?"

Aiden chuckled. "You should know it, it's your first name."

"Randal?" He asked with a smile. He despised Wade now but it touched him that even after the bad breakup he still gave Aiden his name.

Aiden smiled and nodded.

"Huh, Aiden Randal Orton... it's got a ring to it." Randy grinned.

Aiden's eyes narrowed. He hated hearing his full name.

"Chillax, little boy." Randy smirked, ruffling his hair.

Aiden laughed.

They talked for the next few hours as Cody held Alanna. Randy would smile over at them occasionally. Soon it was around noon, he figured it was about time for lunch.
"You hungry?" He asked Aiden.

Aiden nodded.

Randy stood and walked to the fridge. He found nothing. They'd eaten the last of the chicken nuggets last night.
"Cody, ya think you could pick somethin up?" Randy asked, rummaging through his pockets and pulling out a pile of wrinkled bills.

Aiden smiled, watching Cody lie his sister on the couch. "Th-ure," Cody smiled.

"Thanks." Randy smiled, tempted to make fun of the lisp but resisted. He handed the money to Cody.

Cody smiled, taking the money. "I'll be back th-oon," Cody said.

"Th-ee ya." Randy couldn't help himself. He chuckled as he sat back down beside Aiden.

Aiden laughed, watching Cody walk out the door.

"It's too hard not to tease him." Randy shook his head.

"Cause you like him," Aiden grinned.

"Excuse me?" Randy raised an eyebrow.

"You....like....him," Aiden said slowly.
